How it works

You define the scope. The engine does the analyst's job.

01

Define scope

Seven quick questions: vertical, geography, buy- or sell-side, minimum size, ownership, depth of analysis, exclusions. Optional detail if you want the thesis sharper. About two minutes.

02

Autonomous research

The engine searches your market for independent operators, screens ownership, estimates economics, and reads succession signals, then runs automated quality checks.

03

Reviewed & released

During the beta, Shawn reviews every map before release and sends you the link to your run page. Bookmark that page when your run starts.

FAQ

Common questions.

What exactly do I receive?

A 9-tab Excel workbook and an executive PowerPoint deck, downloadable from your run page once Shawn has reviewed and released them. Both are editable working files: a ranked call sheet, per-target profiles, market context, competitive landscape, an evidence and sources tab, exclusions with cause, and the methodology behind the estimates.

What do the depth-of-analysis tiers mean?

Every tier ships the same 9-tab workbook and deck; the tiers control how deep the research goes on each target.

Where does the data come from?

Public and third-party sources: NPPES and CMS provider rosters, state registrations where available, federal exclusion lists, practice websites, and structured web research. Financial figures are estimated with two methods and compared against each other.

How accurate are the financial estimates?

They are directional estimates built from public data, useful for ranking targets and framing a first conversation. They are proxies rather than confirmed financials, so verify independently before relying on any figure in a transaction.

How long does a run take, and how is it delivered?

A map usually takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to build, depending on market size and depth tier. Maps are built one at a time, so yours may wait in a queue first; your run page shows its place in line. During the beta, Shawn reviews every map before release and sends you the link to your run page himself, usually the same day. Bookmark the run page when your run starts: it is where your files appear, and you do not need to keep it open.

Does it cover buy-side and sell-side?

Both. Buy-side runs rank acquisition targets against your thesis. Sell-side runs frame the same market intelligence around a client you represent.

Is anything checked before delivery?

Yes, in two ways:

  • Automated checks on every map: rosters cross-checked against public provider data, and the estimates and finished files scanned for errors
  • During the beta, Shawn reviews every map himself before it is released to you
  • It is still directional research: verify anything before you rely on it
How do I get access, and what does it cost?

The beta is invite-only. Request access with the form on this page; we review every request and send access codes as seats open. There is no charge during the beta.
